Portacooker.com, Shafandy Enterprise, and it associate bear no responsibility for any damage, incident or accident happen with regard to its usage. It is customer responsibilities to ensure safe usage of the cooker. Take note that usage of heating equipment is not allowed in certain premises, as such it is the responsibility of the customers to seek permission of the usage.

Shipping & Delivery
In Portacooker.com we do our best to package and protect your goods for shipping. Portacooker.com is not responsible for any damage to your goods by the courier or shipping agent.

We are not responsible to you or any person claiming through you for any loss or damage to goods in transit caused by an event of any kind by any person. The delivery times made known to you are estimates only and Portacooker.com is not liable for late delivery. For more details about the number of days for delivery, kindly refer to the website of the courier company of which your order has been shipped. You can keep track your order on this page.

We are not liable for any loss, damage or delay occasioned to you arising from late delivery of the goods. For an order shipped with Standard Registered shipment, take note that in countries where no national postage service directs to your delivery address, we are not responsible if you did not collect your order from the post-office. You are responsible for tracking your order via provided shipment tracking number and retrieve it at earliest to prevent loss. Once the status is delivered in the shipment tracking page, we considered that you have received your order.

Change of Address
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made until the order has begun being processed. Portacooker.com takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

Pricing
All pricing is in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country if shipped outside of Malaysia. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Malaysian Ringgit.

Refunds and Returns Portacooker.com is committed to customer satisfaction – if you receive a product that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply email us sales(at)portacooker.com & we will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and packaging are in the original unused condition.

Faulty goods must be notified of the fault within 7 days of purchase for Malaysian customers and 14 days for customers outside Malaysia. Returns must be made within 7 days of notice to Portacooker.com. Returns must be in as new condition unless a faulty item.

Order Cancellations If notified before goods have been dispatched, Portacooker.com can accommodate some order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Portacooker.com reserves the right to refuse order cancellations.
